Licensing Fees
TCPS℠ Online Orientation fees are based upon average daily census and student headcounts to yield a sliding scale fee structure for individual facilities/schools or collaboratively as a region or state. This annual licensing fee provides users with full access to all content and support materials for an academic year.
In addition to the annual fee, there is also a one time portal development and cloning fee that establishes a specific web presence for your state or region. In addition to serving as the "front door" for your users, you may also include specific information for your users and other partners. The portal can also include links to facility specific orientation online content for individual facility partners or the TCPS℠ team can assist facilities with developing online orientation content based upon an additional individual facility contract with TCPS℠.
